Raccoon Skis, a Quebec-based ski company known for their unique design and commitment to sustainability, was struggling to scale their revenue and reach new customers. They came to Terfuu for help in finding a solution to this problem. We analyzed their current marketing efforts and identified areas for improvement to help them increase revenue and brand awareness.

Strategy

We created a comprehensive marketing strategy that included Meta ads, TikTok and Spark ads, Google ads, and UGC creation. Our team utilized TikTok's native ad formats to communicate the key benefits of Raccoon Skis to users in a way that blended seamlessly into their feeds, resulting in very low CPAs. We also developed a UGC campaign with our network of creators to showcase the unique features of Raccoon Skis and connect with potential customers on a personal level. Finally, we optimized their Google ads account structure, targeting, and ad creatives to drive more traffic to their website and increase revenue.

Results

In just 90 days, our strategies helped Raccoon Skis increase revenue by 3X with UGC, social, and Google ads, with a 381% year-over-year increase in revenue and a 57% year-over-year increase in AOV. Our TikTok and Spark ads, in particular, proved to be highly effective, with low CPAs and high engagement rates. Our UGC campaign also helped to humanize the brand and create a stronger emotional connection with potential customers. With our comprehensive marketing approach, Raccoon Skis was able to scale their revenue and reach a wider audience, solidifying their position as a top ski brand in Quebec.
